5 part series
Second Saturday of every month for 5 months
Time - 8am
Limited class size - 6-8 people
Train with Intention is a transformative group fitness class designed for individuals who are ready to move with purpose, enhance their functional strength, and build a foundation for long-term health. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, each session is designed to meet you where you are, guiding you through movements that focus on alignment, mobility, strength, and endurance.
This class isn't about quick fixes; it is not a bootcamp—it's about sustainable, intentional progress. Here’s the thing: anyone can run a bootcamp. We’re building transformation. Through intentional movement patterns, breathwork integration, and a strong focus on quality over quantity, you'll leave feeling more connected to your body, stronger in your daily movements, and empowered to take on life with purpose.
Each class is a blend of dynamic strength training, functional exercises, mobility work, and a supportive community. As a coach I will listen, adapt, and support you through every session. Whether you're looking to move better, build strength, or simply get out of pain, Train with Intention will help you do just that—while having fun along the way!
