Free College Self-Defense Class

Law enforcement's experience with attacks on college students range from spiking drinks to being thrown to the ground to choking. The time to protect your college-age daughter is now! In our (females only) Self Defense Seminar: College Series, students will learn quick and effective ways to protect themselves with techniques that are proven to work, discuss topics such as date rape and consent, and explore high intensity drill designed to get the adrenaline going. No experience is necessary and techniques are designed for all body types and abilities.  Ladies 15-25 sign up while there is still availability, this class is absolutely FREE!
